If your Ooni gas oven is not igniting, but you can hear the gas flowing, those hissing sounds, then one of the most common problems is that the piezo is out of position. All you have to do is to position the piezo back to 3mm away from the flame output/nozzle, and you should get instant gas ignition.
Worst-case scenario - use the match sticks (typically provided) to light the flame!
